All-Original Filipino Short Introits and Benedictions For Mixed Chorus
This set of hyms is Espino's humble contribution to the very limited repertoire of original choral works in Filipino especially written for worship services. The lyrics communicate a joyful celebration of praise and thanksgiving, the assurance of God's unconditional love and faithfulness. The melodies are simple yet speak directly to the heart. The arrangements are not elaborate, not too long, and are really accessible to the most SATB Church choirs. Most of the songs are meant to be sung accapella but pianists and organists may play the choral parts as accompaniment as they deem necessary.
